Excellent Location Near Republic Square with Kind and Helpful Staff

What I liked most about this hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, and since our room was already ready, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was very convenient, as we could leave our luggage in the room and head straight to the city center. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Republic Square and the main attractions in the city. I also really appreciated the kindness of the security guard stationed downstairs at the main entrance. There are a few stairs leading to the lift, which can be inconvenient when traveling with a baby stroller. However, the guard was very helpful and kindly assisted us with carrying the stroller up the stairs. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

Cons The only minor issue was the breakfast area, which is a little small for the number of guests. On our first morning, it was completely full, and a kind gentleman even offered us his table so we could sit down and enjoy our breakfast. Apart from that, the restaurant staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and especially kind to children, which we really appreciated as a family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The excellent location, welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely helpful people made our experience enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel, especially to families visiting the city.

Good option !

Very clean friendly staff best location

Cons It would be better if they put the mirrors in the room as well. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom.

Armenia da incanto Un paese da scoprire

Posizione.
