We usually keep Kempinski Muscat for special occasions, but this time it was reviving our self from a long travel to the real hospitality and true natural beach, food, spa and saloon. Mayisa Al-Busaidi Is our host usually she and her team from get go give us the warmth and welcome we cant simply go anywhere else. Amal checked us in assuring we are taken care of then the Lady in Red ensured our facility is having no issues. Overall a memory my kids will take back to London until next time. P.S this is not a forced review, services of the property are genuinely written due to the customer centric services of the people running the property.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel and was very satisfied with the service. I would especially like to thank Ms. Atena for being extremely responsible, attentive, and professional. She followed up on everything carefully and always treated me with great respect and kindness. Her excellent service was truly worthy of a high-quality hotel. Staff are polite and friendly . Rooms are spacious , we booked the garden deluxe room which had direct access to the garden and pool area. Exceptional lobby design , you feel wonderful everytime that you enter this property for real . Pool with sea view and cool balanced temprature for this time of the year. Landscpaing is lovely and beautiful Definitely will come back !
