The staff make this place. Every one of them from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant - all of them were warm, attentive and genuinely kind, and it turned a good stay into an unforgettable one. Lovely clean and comfortable room (extremely comfortable bed), excellent facilities, great food and a perfect location. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I can't wait to come back.

A disappointing experience due to an unexpected double charge for an arrival time I had disclosed in advance.
The location was convenient and the property itself was fine.
Cons I informed the property in advance that I would be arriving at 5 AM, before the standard 8 AM check-in time, and I was told that this was okay. However, when I arrived, I was unexpectedly charged double the price because I arrived at 5 AM. If an early arrival required an additional charge, this should have been clearly communicated before my arrival. I would not have agreed to this situation if I had known I would be charged double. I felt misled and taken advantage of.
