The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping, Security and restaurant staff deserve a 10/10
Jeannne d'arc and Emmanuel were excellent during our conference. They were supportive and always looking after the delegates and staff.
Cons We were under Bridgitte and Prima until the day of the event and we tried calling Brigitte severally to assist but she would not pick calls. Our delegates had already started arriving and Marriott staff continued to have a round meeting in the cocktail area without regard and yet they were supposed to have a welcome breakfast. Also the set up time was changed on us last minute After rallying up staff and paying them, they left after waiting until 10pm because they decided to take a dinner and not let us know.Some of the reception staff need some training about protocol about international senior members too.
