Hotel is beautiful, great staff and great location. Food was good and service while dining was great.
Cons Rooms had small glitch with lighting but other than that was excellent.
Rooms are a generous size and the beds are comfortable.
Cons There was a band playing at night, mid week, that didn't finish until 10pm. We were on the side looking straight over the pool to where they were playing and, although we had to get up early to catch a flight, the music was too loud to get to sleep until they had finished. Also, we had booked (& paid) for an airport shuttle the next morning. When we turned up at the allotted time, there was no car waiting for us and we had to wait another 20 minutes before it finally arrived. It's lucky we had left plenty of time to get to the airport but not something I expected to happen in a 5 star hotel.
