Cons Ao chegar fomos informados que teríamos direito a 2 cafés da manha por quarto. O café é apenas a la carte e nao buffet. No segundo dia, não arrumaram nossos quartos. Mesmo ligando algumas vezes e apertando o botão para arrumarem. A noite o quarto continuava uma bagunça e sem toalhas. Nao tem máquina de café nos quartos. No check-out cobraram nossos cafés da manha. Cheiro de cigarro e cachorro nos corredores. Experiência horrorosa. Nao volto nunca mais. Nem eu, nem família nem amigos. Uma pena.

Cons Must’ve been some recent changes with management. For one the rooms are basic -lighting, lamps, furniture, etc. They gave me a connected room with a stranger. I kept hearing weird noise from the guest in there. Walls are thin in connected rooms. Mold in bathrooms. Dust on lamps and furniture. Room was not cleaned to perfection. House keeping drags feet. I had an issue with their being some left over vomit in my bathroom from the previous occupant. House keeping didn’t come to take a look until after 6pm after calling them at 9am that day. That is an issue that their housekeeping manager should’ve ran to assess. No manager came at all. Staff don’t speak english. Rooms are way too expensive for the basic rooms, atmosphere, and lack of customer service. There is nowhere to warm your food. I asked the front desk staff and they stated there is nowhere to warm food and no microwave they can bring to room. Mind you I tipped front desk staff on my arrival, what a joke. My husband and I would always stay here when in Miami. I will not stay here ever again. Shower is tight and tends to overflow. Fake ass 5 star hotel. Concierge didn’t bother to greet or offer info. No duvet on bed just sheets. Only luxury are the foreign cars that be parked outside and valet.
