Cons Breakfast…. Very long waiting time
Expected better
We liked the cleanliness.
Cons We didn't like that when our car battery died when we got there, no one could give us any numbers of local businesses that could help us. Also, with the cost of what you charge for a room per night, your valet doesn't have a jump box?! I don't understand that. We got no help from anyone at the hotel. Also, two washcloths for a room booked for 4 people?? The doorman didn't say anything to you until spoken to. Had no idea where the lobby was until I decided to ask if he works there since he was just sitting there on his phone near the entrance. He was nice when spoken to, but maybe he should greet people.
I had a wonderful stay and I plan to stay here again!
Bed was super comfy and my room was very nice!
