It was great
Everyone was so friendly
Convenient location for an overnight stay on our way to Lake Tahoe. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern.
Cons Price plus parking is extra cost ($32 with no valet parking).
Great location and pool. Comfortable room. Mediocre maintenance and food for a Kimpton.
Excellent location, just steps away from Old Sacramento. Great views. Spacious room. Superb pool area (though the pool closes too early, a little before 7pm). Excellent valet parking (fast, reliable).
Cons Dirty room (a lot of dust behind furnitures, on window edges, etc.) See pictures! Maintenance came. Manager promised to send housekeeping the following day. When I came back, the room had not been vacuumed. Given the hotel rates, this is not acceptable. Room service wasn't good either (both dinner and breakfast). They waived breakfast as I insisted.
5 Star!
5 Stsr Service! All staff from our valet, to check-in and bellman, start to finish was friendly and professionall. The hotel room and amenities were clean and well maintained. We are seasoned trailers that can highly recommend this property.
