Overpriced for what the room was, it was good services but let us done with the spa which is only 3/4 rooms
The hotel was nice but you pay for the spa and rooftop pool but it was closed and we wasn’t informed. That was the whole reason why we booked it because it was meant to be special for a anniversary

Cons Average breakfast for £20 pp,no toast Booked spa for 11.00am to be told they'd forgot to book it and offered a 13.00 slot, not acceptable and for £200 per night i would expect a lot better to be honest,a special anniversary was not enjoyable
Cons Booked this hotel specifically for the infinity pool, only to be told after booking that it was closed. This was not clearly disclosed beforehand, and I would have booked elsewhere had I known. Very disappointing experience.

Very central, a lovely size, very friendly and intimate. It felt very special. Gorgeous roof too bar.
Cons Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we didn’t get to experience that and it was during the heat wave so it would have been nice to cool off.

Cons It was a shame the pool was under maintenance- however this was made aware to us well before the stay and were offered use of the spa in place. An error occurred where a scam had received our information and contacted myself and 2 other bookings fraudulently mimicking the hotel with an unsecured link.
