Cons The property is in a pretty bad state of disrepair. When we went, the power was out there were people trapped in the elevators. There was barely any staff. We were unable to get drinks or food. The power had been going out repeatedly for several days according to staff and other guests. They were serving beer with bits of ice to cool it down. All of the restaurants were closed except for one little counter next to a dumpster where you could line up to order food. It was around four or 5 PM when we arrived with starving children after a long day of flying. The staff that we did find were working incredibly hard, but it was not the vacation experience we were hoping for. We ended up moving to another hotel and we’re not able to get a refund.

Cons Servicio de limpieza pésimo . Limpian mal y muy tarde. Las toallas la cambian a las 6 de la tarde y algunas veces limpian la habitación y no ponen toallas limpias aún cuando se llevan las usadas. Las habitaciones dan a un pasillo en donde hay un basurero. Apesta. El ruido de la calle es fuertisimo. Por las mañanas se escuchan los camiones, trailers y autos de la autopista como si uno tuviera la puerta abierta . El bufete del desayuno, comida y cena SIEMPRE LO MISMO. La espera en los restaurantes dura horas. En el gimnasio no servía el aire acondicionado. Una tortura entrenar con esos grados de calor. Las regaderas de la playa para entrar alnuotel sin AGUA! No hay camastros ni sombrillas de sol, palapas ni nada en la playa para los huéspedes. NUNCA REGRESARÍA NUNCA LO RECONENDARIA

Cons No le han dado mi factura, la alberca no estaba muy limpia. Como habia micha ocupación la gente de servicio tardaba mucho para todo.

Las habitación es cómoda y amplia, el personal es amable, la comida es buena.
Cons Olor a drenaje cerca del restaurante y albercas, el olor fue todos los días, todo el día, se estanca el drenaje en la playa en la cancha de voleibol, las albercas están sucias, no te dan ganas de meterte. No explican que se puede hacer con cada tipo de brazalete, yo tenía el all inclusive y después me dijeron que no podía usar unos camastros que tenían costo extra, en ninguna parte se menciona esto.
