I’ve been trying to contact the property for weeks with no response. I reached out multiple times regarding important questions before my stay, but no one ever got back to me. Communication is a major part of the booking experience, and unfortunately, this left me feeling uncertain and unsupported.
By far best hotel we stayed at in Ivory Coast. Great amenities. If I had to go back to the Ivory Coast I would stay here!
Very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again. Its only a bit more expensive than the average hotels that seem to be overpriced.
Excellent as always. My favorite hotel in Abidjan, by a large margin.
