The location, it was very clean and staff were lovely.

Cons The spa facilities and massages could be improved. There was no privacy, the massage itself could be improved.

The staff are exceptional

From the minute I walked through the doors I was made to feel welcomed

這間飯店真的很不錯！早餐很好吃，整體住起來也很舒服。最喜歡的是這裡的工作人員，Bella、Rosa 和 Tom 都很親切，跟他們溝通起來很舒服。我們入住的時候剛好有一些事情需要處理，他們都沒有讓我們自己想辦法，而是很快就幫忙處理，真的很感謝！有機會再來的話會想再次入住。

I think it shortfell our expectations as it could have been cleaner and the air conditioner didn’t work well, but it is

The property was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons The property was a little below expectations, there were stains on the chair at the end of the bed, the shower grout was black, the shower blind had mould spots/ dirt on it, and the air conditioner didn’t work well so the room was too warm.
