Unsatisfied. Hottub was the reason we booked this hotel, it was out of order.
Breakfast was good.
Cons HOTTUB OUT OF ORDER!! Food left in refrigerator upon arrival. Heavy traffic on Eagle road and Pine.
It was easy and convient.
The two ladies at the front desk were great, helpful and solved our problem. We really appreciated both of them. Shift change that why there was two.

The staff was warm and friendly and so helpful. A wonderful experience from the very good hearty breakfast in the morning, to the clean room at night. Couldn't be happier.
