very nice hotel, kind staff, great breakfast buffet

【良い点】交通の便が良い。部屋が広くて清潔。朝ごはんの種類が多く、野菜が新鮮、麺類が美味しい。日本語のNHK放送が見れる。バスタブがありお湯もよく出て気持ち良い。ベッドが固めで自分にはちょうど良い。空港無料送迎。【残念な点】エアコンの操作が難しい。タオルが重くて硬い。バスタブが滑りやすい。

Nice place needs a little bit of an update. Some of the pool furniture needs work maybe some new carpets in the hotel rooms.

I didn’t know how to make domestic phone calls in Laos. Mr. Bounmy was very helpful in calling for me and arranging taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is a very nice hotel, breakfast is well made and served, the gym, the pool and pool deck were beautifully done.

I was bothered by the voices from the next room.
