It was disappointing. It is a nice location and the spa is very nice, but overall poor experience.

Cons Some staff were rude. Many examples, but one stood out, in restaurant, the host was simply nasty. Talk about attitude. He was awful. Hard to forget and disappointing. Never saw that before. Food was awful for supposed 5 star resort. Not a 5 star resort. Only person that was nice was concierge. Security was weak - only side door to access beach - often open. We would close it. There is no beach set up for hotel guests. Event for hotel staff was setting up and it was hard to enjoy the full property. We would have stayed different nights had we known. Construction wax being done on property. Once again, we would have stayed different nights had we known. Definitely not 5 star accommodations!
