The hotel was beautiful, the staff was nice, the location, everything was beautiful, all the coconut trees on the beach. Yes, I love it. I will definitely stay at this location again?
Cons I wasn't too fond of the food and drink
Dishonest Staff, overcharged with empty refund promises. Far from Restaurants and main attractions!

Cons BEACH IS BROWN AND FILLED WITH SEAWEEDS. LOCATION IS FAR FROM MAIN ATTRACTIONS AND RESTAURANTS! OVERCHARGED MY CARD AND DIDN’T REFUND: Staff overcharged for excursion, admitted to the error, and advised of the pricing discrepancies. They acknowledged their error and stated they would adjust and provide a refund to my card 5-7 business days. They went silent when i followed up for a refund over a week later. Currently dealing with a partial refund situation months after vacationing is poor taste, upsetting and truly disappointing. There are many other options on the island i do not recommend.
