Charged double
Beautiful hotel, the rooms are all good, and the surroundings are lovely.
Cons The hotel rooms for our group were booked through Booking.com. We paid €6,900 for the group’s stay through Booking.com, and this amount has already been charged to our account. However, upon arrival, we were asked to provide a credit card for each room. After returning from our stay, we discovered that more than €2,000 had been charged to our cards additionally for the rooms, and a further €2,800 is still being held as a pending authorization by the hotel. We have been trying to contact the hotel to resolve this issue, but we have received no response, either through Booking.com messages or via the enquiry forms on the hotel’s own website. We are extremely concerned about these duplicate charges and the outstanding pending amount. We urgently need the hotel to clarify the situation, release the pending funds, and refund any duplicate charges.
Un service impeccable!
Cons On entendait très bien les voisins dans l'autre chambre
Une belle découverte pour nous.
Cet endroit est vraiment propre et bénéficie d’une belle attention de la part du personnel.
Cons Manque de choix au menu du restaurant.
I’d give it less then zero if I could. Staff need to be trained better.
Nothing.
Cons This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 10+ years. I have travelled many places and I cannot think of a single experience that’s as bad as this hotel. House keeping comes into your room regardless of your sign. I put my retainer in a napkin next to the bed when I woke up. I left for the day and housekeeping went in even though i put a dnd sign up. They threw away some of my personal belongings including my retainer. I work in management and I have worked on training housekeepers before. Most hotels have rules that they do not throw away belongings unless in the bin, they claimed it is my fault for not putting it in my case before leaving. Never have I had a hotel blame me for something they did. Then they told me to call in a week and ask for the manager nadia, called back apparently after I’ve left voicemail asking Nadia to call me back (she hasn’t) called today and someone said Nadia doesn’t speak English. Anyways calling my lawyers and my bank.
