L’emplacement très pratique dans le quartier Hassan, près de plusieurs monuments et du tramway. La qualité et le confort de la suite de luxe.

Cons Cuando he estado el hotel estaba en obras, Zonas cerradas como el spa. Que de hecho lo cogí por ese motivo. He tenido que poner una reclamación. Porque si el hotel está en obras se debe avisar o al menos bajar el precio.

We recently stayed at the hotel and overall found the staff to be friendly and the service welcoming. However, we were disappointed by one particular issue. It was not explained to us that the treats inside the fridge were part of the mini bar. We assumed they were complimentary or simply provided as part of the room. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led to us being charged 120 dirhams for a small box of mints, which not only tasted unpleasant but felt unfairly priced. My wife suggested we should have returned them, but the lack of clear communication left us feeling misled. While we appreciated the otherwise good service, this experience overshadowed our stay. We believe some form of recompense or goodwill gesture would be appropriate, as transparency about mini bar charges is essential for guest satisfaction. Thank you

Difficult Stay

The rooms were top notch and well rennovated.

Cons Basically this hotel does not have their act together. The entrance and lobby are under rennovation, there is an alternative lobby that is dirty and stinks. Laundry didn't work 2 out of the 4 days i stayed, and when they did they returned my clothes missing items. Phone was disconnected in the room. Breakfast was below average.
