Rooms vary wildly in quality and cleanliness. A/C doesn't work properly and management won't fix it, keeping rooms at 75-77°F instead of the standard 69-70°F. Staff treatment ranges from wonderful to disrespectful and discriminatory. Some guests loved the pool, spa, and food, while others found dead cockroaches and cigarette butts on arrival.
