Cons No microwave in room. TV malfunctioning Phone malfunction

Nice place just beware the come on fair price. $160 room will quickly be 220+.

The hotel has a good location and adequate amenities and a nice room.

Cons Nickel and diming. Everything cost extra - coffee other than the insufficient apparatus in the room, breakfast, adequate Wi-Fi etc. And the parking is outrageously expensive.

Nothing 4 star about it for sure. Very disappointing, won’t book again

Cons Didn’t receive the room I booked, the room was very basic, was unable to use the drink vouchers we were given, fire alarm went off soon as I stepped out the shower and there was no real emergency, breakfast was mediocre

Cons I was charged $50 to park my own car after being told it would be $30. Breakfast was over priced. Didn’t even have everything on the menu. And it’s a small menu.

It was not the best the rooftop bar wasn’t open the whole weekend and the room was not the best it had mold and hot

The main floor is very nice

Cons Our room had mold and was extremely hot throughout our stay, we also never got full sized bath room towels

Super friendly staff! Location was close to The Music Factory.
