Good breakfast ans excellent location

Cons Though the checkout from the hotel was smooth and i received clearance receipt by the front desk, I had two deductions from my credit card by the hotel, one for USD 296.56 and the other for USD 299.79. I need to know the reason for that?

Cons The misunderstanding by the reception team regarding full payment and card authorization. The problem was solved same day and they expressed their apology by sending a plate of fruits to my room with a nice complement on a paper.

Nice staff, good hotel, very central

The room itself is one of the weirdest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was basically right in the open. So, while I’m brushing my teeth I’m looking right at my husband in his bed. Bizarre. Whoever engineered that oughta be slapped upside the back of the head. Of course the toilet part was separate in the shower separate but it was all really weird. There’s like no room to even change. It’s just like the tiniest little spot in the room the beds were laughable. Definitely never would stay there again. And it’s kind of funny because when I highlighted this to the manager and to the girl who was really unintelligent who checked us in, they said all the rooms were like that and they were extremely rude, so that would be the second reason I would never stay there again.

Impecable hotel y excelente atención.

Muy cómoda y práctica la habitación, impecables los baños y limpieza. Excelente servicio de parte de Wilson de mantenimiento y también la ayuda de Sandra e Isabel en recepción. Muy recomendable.
