Very much enjoyed with only a few improvements needed

Cons The side table had ring marks - not cleaned well and toilet paper was poor quality. Staff appeared to be scrambling at times (unsure of who was doing what) - but a definite A-plus for their effort for you could tell they cared and were trying their best. These are just a few noticed things, but all in all nice enough to stay again. These room was very small for the price but we enjoyed the whole ambiance

Cons Room wasn’t ready at 5pm. Had to use key card to work elevator and half the time it didn’t work! No luggage carts and I was supposed to get a free breakfast voucher but never received. Staff tried their best but whoever is running the place cares more about appearance than service.

For convenience it can't be beat and it has the feel of a boutique hotel in NY or Chicago.

Great location in downtown and staff exceptional. Valet parking excellent. Just as good as it was for years.

Loud-Loud-Loud

Upon arrival, after 4:00pm, the room was unavailable. While I was offered a free drink, the place was extremely noisy; they had a water issue and throughout the stay there were extremely loud fans running 24/Al 7.
