Wonderful hotel and experience. We are returning guests. The property is very clean, spacious and tastefully appointed. Location is 5*. All staff (housekeeping, restaurant and breakfast) are extremely kind and helpful. Front desk staff Naomi and Ben were extremely kind and professional
Sincerely Welcoming!
Naomi at front desk was always very professional and courteous. Others on the staff that I recall are Tina, Ben, Rachel, Katie, Theo if I got the last one right. Cleaning personnel and restaurant staff also were sincerely welcoming. Another couple of names that stayed with me were Tracy and Ume. Hope I spelled all names correctly.

A special thank you to Ms Tracy & Ms Hannah at the Executive Lounge for his outstanding arrangements and exceptional hospitality. His attention to detail and warm service truly elevated my experience. I would also like to recognize Ms Umie , Ms Freya and Ms Lab , who took excellent care of me from check-in to check-out. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home throughout my stay.
