Ok for business

Nice view from the room if you get a river side room. The location is good thou you will have to walk a bit to get to the center.

Cons The hotel is a classic business hotel. Rooms are furnished with confort and efficiency in mind, but with no should. All grey with a red sofa to cheer it up. The lobby is just a lobby and the restaurant is just a restaurant. I am sure you reader understand what I mean. It's ok for a short business trip. I would be upset if it was a holiday. There are much better choices in HCMC for the same price.

Wonderful hotel and experience. We are returning guests. The property is very clean, spacious and tastefully appointed. Location is 5*. All staff (housekeeping, restaurant and breakfast) are extremely kind and helpful. Front desk staff Naomi and Ben were extremely kind and professional

Sincerely Welcoming!

Naomi at front desk was always very professional and courteous. Others on the staff that I recall are Tina, Ben, Rachel, Katie, Theo if I got the last one right. Cleaning personnel and restaurant staff also were sincerely welcoming. Another couple of names that stayed with me were Tracy and Ume. Hope I spelled all names correctly.

His attention to detail and warm service truly elevated my experience. I would also like to recognize Ms Umie , Ms Freya and Ms Lab , who took excellent care of me from check-in to check-out. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home throughout my stay.
