Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, but noise bleeds through connecting doors and some guests report stuffy smells and sunken mattresses. Service ranges from excellent to inconsistent and dismissive. Location is walkable to major sights, though the spa disappoints with noisy kids and an unresponsive management.
