Extremely awesome staff
We stayed at this property from the 18th to the 22nd of February 2026. Exceptional Staff and the hotel was very good. Special mention to the Front Office staff Alee, Anita and Reina who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room assigned to us was huge and comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at this property and we returned to stay with them again from 01/03/2026 to 03/03/2026. Would stay again.
Cons The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet could have been better. Requires better maintenance.

Eccellente hotel a Vientiane
Siamo stati due volte in questo hotel sempre in una camera con accesso alla piscina. Camera enorme! Grande come un intero appartamento. Edificio molto bello, letto comodissimo e buona posizione tranquilla e lontana dal caos (meglio se avete un mezzo di locomozione) Bene anche il ristorante dell'hotel, proprio li davanti dove si puó fare la colazione e anche poi mangiare. Gentilissimo il personale in particolare una ragazza alla reception con i tacchi bianchi.
