Had an amazing time and would definitely go back again

We really enjoyed our stay we were upgraded and everything was so good

Cons Would have liked more lifts cause it was so busy and we had to wait ages for lifts

Cleanliness. Tea/coffee supplied

Cons Bit disappointed as the lifts appeared not to be working in the morning of departure, so had to get to the restaurant via the stairs. One of the coffee machines in the restaurant wasn't working.

Everything I want from a hotel stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable, clean, great bathroom, loved the white company products, good coffee, plenty of comfy pillows, helpful friendly staff. Very happy with everything
