Beautiful property, but the area is decrepit. The hotel closed the pool area on both days I was there, once for construction and once for a special event. No concern for paying guests.
Was nice but I had a request and it was not done. That was disappointing
Superfint hotell med ett fantastiskt bemötande av den otroligt serviceinriktade personalen! De överraskade min fru som fyllde år dagen för vår incheckning och var verkligen måna om att vi hade den bästa dagen där på hennes födelsedag! Superfint hotellrum (oceanview) med härlig balkong och ett enastående badrum med takdusch och havsutsikt. Maten på middagen var över förväntan. Båda våra förrätter och varmrätter var magiskt goda!
Accueil très sommaire. Pas de boisson de bienvenue ou de lingettes rafraîchissantes, bruyant, restaurant très limitée, trop cher et mauvaise qualités de aliments (par exemple la carte annonce des pâtes fraîches aux fruits de mer mais j'ai reçu un plat de spaghetti industriel avec 1 crevette, 2 petits bouts de calamar et 3 morceaux de poisson congelé. J'ai attendu 45min sur ce plat alors que le restaurant était presque vide.
Property was amazing with super friendly staff who looked after the family extremely well. Our daughter had her 4th birthday whilst staying and the staff made her a cake and even went out of their way to get her a present and card. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond in everything they did.
Slow staff service , limited dinning options , and no direct beach access which is the main attraction for staring at any hotel or resort in Seychelles
