The property was very nice, especially with the beachfront view and easy access to the pool. The rooms were clean, well put together, and comfortable. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the bar and restaurant, which made the stay very convenient. At checkout, if you do not have a car, they also offer a shuttle from your room to the lobby, which was helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay. AC in the room is amazing especially if you're out all day
Cons The property itself was nice, especially the beachfront view and easy access to the pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely put together. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the bar, restaurant, and market, which made the location very convenient. I also appreciated that they offer a shuttle from the rooms to the lobby at checkout if you do not have a car. However, there were several things I did not like. There is no daily housekeeping, so if you need fresh towels, you have to go to the lobby yourself. If you need your trash taken out, you have to place it outside the door for staff to pick up. They do not come in daily to clean the room, remake the bed, or refresh anything. I believe the rooms include a kitchenette, but you are also expected to wash your own dishes. Another thing I found odd was that the market sells alcohol, but you are not allowed to drink it by the pool. That was confusing because if it is purchased on the property, it seems reasonable that guests would be able to enjoy it on the property as well. The biggest disappointment was the resort food and service. The food was terrible, and the service was not good at all. The restaurant did not feel professionally managed, and the overall experience was frustrating. Our orders were messed up multiple times, and the service was very inconsistent. We even saw our waiter taking shots during the time we were there, which felt extremely unprofessional.
