Cons 清潔感が、ない
温泉とプールが直結で使いやすかった。
Cons 9時までのプールで8時で外が終わってしまったのは、残念だった。

朝食はよかったです。
Cons 台風の影響でフロントが混みましたが、その対応が悪かったです。ロビーに人が溢れているなら、チェックインの時間を早める、フロントスタッフを増やして、お客さんの負担を減らす対応が必要だと思います。また、イースト館の案内を徹底して欲しいと思いました。ロビーから行くのに分かりづらかったし、遠くて不便でした。改善をお願いしたいと思います。

Cons The public bath facility is too small for such a huge hotel with many rooms. You have to line up and wait for your turn to shower making the bath very inconvenient.
