L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons Nous avions réservé une suite studio d'angle lit king size qui ne nous a pas été attribué. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre classique lit king size mais toute petite! Après un temps interminable de discussion, nous n'avons pas eu gain de cause. Salle du petit déjeuner bruyante et les propositions à la carte très réduite. Nous sommes vraiment repartis très déçus et mécontents de cette expérience hôtelière avec un personnel qui ne nous a pas entendus et écoutés. A fuir ....

Ended our stay wonderfully because of Hafiz!

Hafiz the bellman was very professional, friendly attentive and helpful during our checkout. As I was juggling flowers, suitcases and etc. Hafiz helped make our stay end on a very high note and we are so grateful.

Amazing experience

Manny helped me arrange the most amazing proposal ever. He made an otherwise stressful event as calm as could be. Even had a minute by minute, step by step itinerary so I was super prepared . I cannot thank him enough. Would highly recommend your proposal with Manny at the Cupola

Engagement Proposal

Firstly I’d like to mention what a beautiful place to be, from the hotel to the bar to the Cupola where I proposed to my now fiancée the views were amazing. Secondly and just as important the team was amazing from planning to pictures and everything in between and after we could not have had a better or more accommodating experience than what we got with Manny and Lindsey. She was absolutely in love with everything and it will forever be a special place for us going forward. For the price it was such a great value, honestly I don’t think you could ask for more or get better anywhere else. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect day to remember
