The older building has cleanliness issues including dust, dark rooms, and occasional cockroaches that staff handle quickly. Toilets clog easily and bathroom fixtures need work. Staff are friendly and helpful, location near MRT and shops is excellent, and rooms are comfortable enough for short stays.
