Cons Turns out the student dormitory is stationed across several floors. Didn’t expect that. Security post is located by the elevator — unusual.

We met some of the amazing employees from Mark at the reception to Alex to the cook from the penthouse she's a lovely woman even down to the security me and my sister came to celebrate our birthday and we definitely had a wonderful time...

Cons We wasn't aware that college students was going to be on the location it was a lot of them which is fine it was just that with the amount of people in and out of the hotel elevators it should have been properly running for the weekend to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel

Location is perfect. Price is affordable. They have free drinking water and fruity infused waters at the lobby. This is very good idea. The bellboy is very helpful and attentive and helpful.

Cons -

Overbooked and didn't have my room type. Rude/smug Staff. No smiling.

Old Art Deco style hotel built in the 1920s with a lot of history. Its decent enough for the price, but keep in mind that parking is expensive downtown and also a hassle. I used the parking garage and they were having issues with the machine which made everything confusing and stressful.

Cons Staff are pretty unfriendly. The front desk agent was rude. I smiled and greeted the woman upon arrival and she acted annoyed and unfriendly with me. they also overbooked the hotel and made me feel bad for using booking.com; they said that if I had booked directly with Lord Baltimore then I would have gotten my reserved room. Instead they gave me a different room type with a rollaway, which was not what we expected or wanted.

Did not eat while here. Room was very comfortable and convenient to what I was visiting.

Cons Valet park was a little high in my opinion.
