Eh. It wasn't what we expected fro the price we paid.

Cons The room had mold, the kitchen cabinets had left over trash from possibly the previous guests.

패밀리룸을 이용 하였습니다.성인4명과 아이1명이 쓰기 충분히 넓고 오션뷰가 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons 패밀리룸에서 수영장,비치 까지 가는 동선이 너무 불편 하다고 느꼈고 주차 칸이 부족해 항상 찻길 건너 주차장에 주차를 해야함

The club lounge was the best part of our stay, and so was our shower/bath.

Cons I did not like how small the beds were. It does not accommodate 4 people. We chose not to upgrade so that we could have a living room, but i regret it because we slept very uncomfortably. The flooring was loose so you could feel it with every step.

プールに何度も行ってしまった

ホテルの2階にプールがあり、気軽に行きやすく楽しめた。全体的に綺麗で素晴らしかった。ロケーションもとても良かった！

Sewage Smell and Too Cold in Room that I Had to Wear Face Mask When Sleeping

It's our first time trying this well known brand "Lotte". I had done a lot of research for Guam hotels in advance and lastly picked this one purportedly for a good balance among price, location, cleanliness, beach availability based on the reviews here. We were disappointed after checking in. The hotel (room internally and building externally) appears tired, torn and not that clean. We got sewage smell once entering into our room (my nephew described it as "public toilet" smell even). Our beds are right next to the shower/toilet room and we got the sewage smell unless we kept the door shut tightly (it's hard to close the door tight though, because certain bolts became dislocated I suppose). I noticed that there was no metal disc covering the hole of the sink, not sure if this constitutes to the bed smell. Everything inside the room is not well maintained anyway. The table is greasy and we cleaned by ourselves. We dared not lying on the sofa. The air conditioner in room is very strong (useless no matter how we adjusted it as it automatically restored to its preset temperature). The cold air blew directly to my bed and my face. I had to wear face mask when sleeping eventually (this is the first time in my life 😷). Our room is of partial ocean views. But right down from our balcony is a deserted area with several demolished houses amid messy brushes. There's a notice in the room to remind us to keep the balcony door closed for avoiding cockroaches/lizards and high humidity. As such, we didn't enjoy the balcony or any good views as anticipated at the point of booking. We have an unpleasant if not depressing stay overall. It's my fault for not to pay more for a better hotel. We have lost confidence in the brand "Lotte" and we think we won't stay again even in Korea.
