Das Hotel ist wirklich ein Luxusresort.

Cons Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Not suitable for swimmers . The hotel is showing its age. I’d already been there after it opened in 2001.

Friendliness of the staff.

Cons The Non-Swimmers’ Hotel. Western parents are advised against staying at this hotel if their children wish to swim freely in the pool. Children under 160 cm tall must wear a life jacket in the 1.40-metre-deep pool, regardless of how well they can swim. This effectively discourages them from swimming. We have never experienced this in any other country worldwide. It’s a shame, really.

Overall had a great restful time

Great resort, very large with plenty of activities and staff to do around. Good restaurants best the rapper.

Exceptional hotel and staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast was amazing. Selection was great! Had dinner at the Peninsula twice and twice the food and service were exceptional. The grounds were exquisite. We absolutely loved the pool villa! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for making our trip the wonderful experience it was.

Cons Wifi outside of the villa wasn’t great.

A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, although the room view could have been better.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were respectful, polite, and professional. Everyone seemed to be doing their best to provide good service, which I really appreciated.

Cons The main thing I was disappointed with was the view from my room. I changed rooms on the second day, but unfortunately, the view from the new room was still not what I had hoped for. Considering the quality and location of the hotel, I expected a better room view.
