Cons Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with very limited variety and nothing that met our expectations. The behavior of the hotel staff was also unacceptable. We experienced very bad treatment and a lack of respect and professionalism, which made our stay even more unpleasant. Another major disappointment was the quality of the drinks. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, the drinks were of very poor quality and certainly did not meet the standards we expected. When you pay for an all-inclusive holiday, you expect good food, quality drinks, and friendly service. Sadly, none of these expectations were met. The overall experience was far below what we paid for, and we left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel management seriously needs to improve the food quality, drinks, and especially the way guests are treated. Definitely not worth the money!

Twee prachtige zwembaden met glijbanen en goede animatie.

Cons Hele slechte bedden, kleine kamers en de staat van het gebouw is niet best. Gebouw heeft echt een opfrisser nodig.

todo me parecio excelente,la comida abundante y variada,las instalaciones del hotel optimas.El grupo de trabajo me parecio excepcional,todos muy amables y siempre con una sonrisa en sus rostros.la ubicacion esta un poco alejado del centro pero eso permitio que pudieramos esstar mas tranquilos y tomarnos un micro cuando queriamos salir.fue una hermosa experiencia
