Beautiful rooms and facilities, but a little far from main part of town.
Beautiful decor, friendly staff and very quiet. Although a little far from the main shopping and eating areas of Ho Chi Minh, it was still convenient enough for walking. The night manager, Kendal, was exceptional with his service and helpfulness during our stay.

My family is from Canada, and we’ve been travelling in Vietnam for a month. Mai Hotel has been one of the best hotels we have ever been to! Out of the many resorts we’ve been to and the infamous New World Hotel, Mai Hotel is on the top of the list. They beat all the other establishments by milestones! Their breakfast buffet is impeccable, and their service is phenomenal! Everyday, Mr. Phong greets us and asks us what we would like to drink. The waiters are so attentive with our table as well, always checking up on us. Recently, we had a bad experience with a resort, where we faced un-professional and poor service. Our mood was ruined for those first few days. However, after going to Mai Hotel, our moods were instantly lifted. They made us feel heard, valued, and respected. I feel sad to leave such an amazing place! They are honestly the best I’ve ever been to. I will stand by my claim and advocate for them. That is why I definitely recommend Mai Hotel. If you value good service, beautiful infrastructure and interior, amazing buffets, and a luxurious feel, this is the place that will deliver that five star experience! Hello Mr Phuong/ Ms Y, I am very appreciate that I did book this hotel. Breakfast here very good quality and very delicious. Restaurant is very clean and organized. Also server very friendly and kind. Definitely we will be on the next trip.
