They ruined my vacation for not having any curacy of the customers

The resort was in line with this type of vacation all inclusive, the food was ok but nothing special, the rooms were big but overall the service was not good.

Cons unfortunately, no attention to the customer. My daughter had the minor bracelet because she is 15, and they served to her alcohol at the bar with the result that she was intoxicated. We asked support and also in terms of medical support was totally lacking. After when we asked clarification, they try to jeopardize everything. For me this type of attitude is unacceptable.

Es mi tercera vez en el hotel y siempre quedo complacida por la variedad y calidad de la comida y bebidas. La atención del personal en todas las áreas es maravillosa siempre dispuestos a orientarte y complacer tus peticiones. Quiero hacer mención especial a todo el equipo del bar de la piscina del Club, Máxima, Santa y Marilania eso es amor por su trabajo. Gracias al mayordomo Richard y a Nuestro siempre mayordomo Erickson que aunque no nos tocó en esta ocasión siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. A las chicas del bar del lobby Ari (lo acortamos a Ari) y Sandra. Sé que se nos quedan muchos, gracias a todos.

Excellent food quality! Pool areas were always clean and in general it was very well attended.

Cons A bit more attention to the room: not always the towels were changed. A bit of improvement needed for the Japanese restaurant, I felt the whole experience was rushed.
