Cons The receptionist who greeted me upon arrival denied me entry to the DJ bar, claiming it was 'private.' As a hotel guest, isn't it my right to enter? Management should question him and check the cameras to identify who he is, why he singled me out, and why this discrimination occurred. Ironically, on the second day, I entered without any issues, making his behavior completely unjustified. Honestly, this one staff member alone ruined my experience and forced me to rate the hotel poorly

Great location and concept, bad execution.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, great reception staff.

Cons Horrible cleaning staff, bad restaurant staff, amenities in the room less than basic (no water bottle replacement, very little space of wardrobe and drawers, almost empty bathroom, almost always lukewarm water). But the worst of all was the cleaning / maintenance since our glasses were never changed, our soap was out by day 2 and nobody checked until day 4, where I had to go to the reception to ask for some, very basic cleaning into the room.
