Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego

Great overall except the pool.

The hotel was clean and modern, the location is great.

Cons Pool is very small compared to the size of hotel and the number of guests, apparently there are two pools which one of them was under renovation during our stay.

It is a hotel we really like.

The property was clean and the staff was great. We really enjoyed the stay and had been to the Grand Hyatt many times before attending our granddaughters dance competition. I can see ourselves staying here in the future.

Cons We had some issues with the shower in our room. It only had hot water during our second day. I called and it was fixed after the engineers showed up. It also leaked a bit even when the water was shut off.

Cons The jacuzzi and main pool were under construction during my stay ,the other pool wasn't heated enough so was a real bummer for my family, this was never disclosed at the time of reservation or even days before our check in.

It was ok!

Room was newly renovated and clean Staff was nice

Cons Parking was super tight. Paid for bay view room but didn’t get it on the first night. Had to go through a complaint to get the room we paid for. Moving back and forth was inconvenient. The pool was crowded and dirty. Main pool and 24hr gym was under renovation.

The best in my life

Absolutely everything, the hotel is exceptionally amazing, clean and beautiful….

Cons How looks, beautiful building and staff

This hotel is amazing because it’s everything you want; amazing hotel, caring staff and you will be back.

The property is beautiful. So comfortable on all levels. Hotel Staff was great. Only small complaint was ACE staff and how they give wrong information about time-frame to when your car will get brought to you. 5 to 10 minutes turned into 20 to 30 minutes. Do better ACE to compliment the nice job the hotel employees succeed at.

Cons Loved the property. The hotel staff was amazing.
