Beautiful beachfront property with great amenities, but the uncomfortable check-out experience unfortunately overshadowe

The beachfront location was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the pool area. Overall, the property itself was relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons Unfortunately, despite enjoying most of our stay, our check-out experience was very uncomfortable and frustrating. We were informed that one bathrobe was missing because housekeeping only found two robes in the room, even though we only had two robes available from the moment we checked in. The situation became stressful and embarrassing because I had to repeatedly go back and forth between the lobby and our room to help search for the supposedly missing robe. This felt like a very avoidable incident and unfortunately left a negative impression at the end of our stay. My sister were already prepared to pay for the robe if necessary, as the hotel still had our security deposit just so we can leave because my mother was getting more and more upset. I have never experienced anything like this before, and it was disappointing to feel as though we were being treated with suspicion over something that may have simply been a housekeeping oversight. Because of this experience alone, I honestly do not see myself staying at this hotel again.

Cons When we arrived to check in I noticed there a stain of poof at the toilet bowl. Second during breakfast rice chafing dish found out there a strand of hair . Third the cleaner doesn’t sweep the room . No window all the room .
