Superb!!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The front desk and concierge teams were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They even took the time to patiently walk my parents through the process of shipping packages to our relatives in China, making everything feel so effortless and seamless. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lovely variety of both Western and Asian dishes. There was truly something for everyone, which was perfect for satisfying both my sister’s and my preferences, as well as our parents’ tastes! What stood out most was the genuine care and attentiveness of the entire team. Everyone was so proactive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a hotel experience truly memorable. Thank you to the entire Mandarin Oriental Pudong team for making our family trip so lovely. We can’t wait to be back!

Отличное расположение, Шанхайская башня, торговые центры, музей современного искусства и океанариум в пешей доступности; сразу слева от отеля можно сесть на паром и переправиться на другую сторону реки. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Номер отличный, очень удобная постель. Есть меню подушек

服務品質非常好，都很細心，房間景觀也好，舒適度也不錯，就是設施飯店略顯老舊，要是能改善就更好了。

كان حجزي عليه 3 ايام وبعد اقامتي فيه جددت لمدة 7 ايام اضافية، فخم جداً ونظيف و موقعه ممتاز اطلالته خورافيه والافضل انه طلبتهم ( شطاف لدورة المياه ) و مجرد وصولي حصلته مركب جاهز من نفس الفندق ، صراحه فوق التوقعات جميل جداً الاكل ماجربته ، ولكن فيه حاجه ماعجبتني ان غسيل الملابس غالي جدا جدا
