Though the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained.All the staffs are outgoing and kind. It's located in front of Micro beach. Easy to go to the beach.
他は1ミリも文句ないですが、チェックアウトの時間をタクシー運転手都合で早められたこと。朝3時半に電話が来ました
Unclear terms and condition for using the executive Lounge. Room cleaning time I was around 4 pm So I was in the room after activities. Quality of complimentary breakfasts were poor. Toilet is old style.
良かった事 全て良かったのですが… ①1部屋に1台ポケットWi-Fi付②空港ホテル間の送迎付③マリンアクティビティのクーポン1枚付（とても楽しかった）④ウェルカムドリンククーポン付（とても美味しかった）⑤夕方、ビーチディナーがリーズナブルで楽しめた（テイクアウトもOK）⑥朝食ビュッフェ付⑦毎日お水が貰えた。 ちょっと気になった事 ①プールが長いこと使われていなかった為、掃除をしてもコケを落としきれなかったのか⁈気になった。 ②ハイアットの時に敷地内にあったＩ❤️SAIPANのお店が無くなっていて、ちょっとした飲み物やお土産品が買えなくて少し不便だった（隣のクラウンプラザホテルに行った）。 ③2枚のルームカードキーのうち、１枚が使用出来なくなる…という事が３回あった。
