Y séjourner une fois dans sa vie comme au Burj Khalifa à Dubai

1/ Cet hôtel est une prouesse architecturale qui mérite d’être vu à défaut de pouvoir y séjourner. 2/ Hôtel absolument impeccable digne d’un palace comme le Raffles. 3/ Amenities en quantité ! 4/ Une grande majorité du personnel est affable, soucieuse de vous apporter son aide et de vous satisfaire.

Cons 1/ Le mélange visiteurs/résidents. 2/ Les tarifs des restaurants yc du café Ralph’s (2 fois plus cher qu’à Paris). 3/ La piscine bondée et un manque de propreté (son usage devrait être réservé aux résidents). 4/ L’absence d’idées et de conseils pour visiter au mieux Singapour.

Great Staff, but Breakfast and Pool Hygiene Need Improvement

Cons During my stay at the hotel, I had both positive and negative experiences. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was limited, and it was very difficult to find a table. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better international breakfast selection; even basic options such as chocolate were not available. I was also disappointed with the hygiene of the swimming pool on the 57th floor. There were visible particles floating in the water, which made the pool feel unclean and uncomfortable to use. On the positive side, the room service, housekeeping staff, and other hotel employees were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Cons Für ein Hotel dieser preiskategorie haben mir leider die Einzelheiten gefehlt. So wird abends das Bett nicht abgezogen und mit einer Schokolade versehen. Das bin ich als Service dieser Klasse gewohnt und habe ich erwartet. Auch wurde unsere Kreditkarte nach Abreise belastet und sämtliche emails und Nachfragen werden seither einfach ignoriert. Sehr ärgerlich! Am abreisetag wurde keine Dusche oder Föhn zur Verfügung gestellt- das wird bei jeder Pauschalreise gemacht.

IMPECCABILE!

Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Though we had four options, we just had breakfast at Rise everyday. The selection, variety and freshness of the food was excellent, as was the service. Special thanks to Chloe. We also loved the infinity pool. Just take the elevator to the top and we are right there. Breathtaking view and plenty of space. Our room had all the niceties one can only imagine. Location is the best with the mall right across the way, MRT station and a lot of activities within walking distance.

Cons Technology could have been better. More modern TV would be nice as well as connections to phone charging.
