We had a pleasant stay, the restaurant onsite was very nice and the staff were lovely.
The hotel staff were very good. The location was good.
Cons The room was a little small for a 3 night stay. It looked more spacious in the photos online. Not a lot of storage for bags.

Cons bei der Hotelbeschreibung bieten sie Sauna im Preis inbegriffen. Im Hotel mussten wir die Sauna zusätzlich bezahlen. laut Auskunft an der Rezeption sollten wir uns bei Booking com beschweren.
Prima hotel voor een stedentrip Köln
Zeer fijn hotel met een uitstekend ontbijt buffet. Het hotel is in het centrum gelegen dus alles te voet kunnen doen
A very enjoyable but short stay and if we are in Cologne again we would definitely come back.
The room was very comfortable and spacious and my daughter's pull out bed was soft and cosy. We didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment but the location was fabulous. When we arrived at 6am in the morning, straight off the night train, the gentleman on reception was exceptional. He was extremely kind and helpful, giving us information and stowing our bags for us. He gave us such a lovely welcome and really set the feeling for our stay. We also loved hearing the parakeets singing as the sun came up. A very special moment.
Cons There wasn't anything to dislike :) The only 1 tiny thing that I would say would be an improvement would be an ice machine somewhere for guests to use. Otherwise it was fantastic.
