Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, though bathrooms show age with worn showers and cracked tiles. Staff delivers excellent service and the location on Paseo de la Reforma puts museums and restaurants within walking distance. The spa is a real highlight, but the hotel needs updating to match nearby luxury competitors.
