Friendly and caring staff.
Cons The telly in the room couldn’t connect to Netflix despite several attempts. Bathroom had a tiny bar of soap and a tiny hand lotion bottle. Expect better from a five star hotel. There were only two towels for three people and only one duvet for two beds.
