Great stay!
The staff was wonderful.
Cons The pillows compressed to literally nothing with the edges plumped up on both sides of your head. Putting 2 together helped somewhat.
Bad customer service
Cons The reply from the hotel is very late and very bad , they rarely check their inbox , additionally, I requested invoice on check-out and the front desk employee couldn't help , very unprofessional, this is my third stay there and the last!
