Muy bien ubicado, cómodas las habitaciones, en general bien. Muy bueno el servicio en la piscina especialmente Santiago, Sebastián, todos excelentes! Front Desk también muy amables! Gracias!

Location is good

Cons Extremely loud! Loud music until 1-2 am. Windows are not soundproof. you cant sleep until all the loud music outside is shutdown and that is really late !! Third party that operates the restaurant is not good. No gluten free options, juice they say is fresh and it is not, housemade granola is not housemade and the prices are very high. You find much better options in terms of price and quality just across the street.

Beautiful property, great location & friendly staff

The amenities and pool deck were excellent. Staff were super friendly. Such a pretty resort. Great location and beach was lovely.

Cons The price of food and drink. Very expensive with nearly 30% additional to advertised price. This caught us (from NZ) off guard!! Breakfast granola and apple juice cost $45USD for two and pretty small serving.

Location and pool

Cons Old, run down, doors have massive gaps in them so its like people are inside your room when walking by. Overpriced and bad value for money drinks and food. Gave a deposit spend almost 200$ day one they had an issue charging the card on the night. So instead of letting us just sort it in the morninmg they blocked our room cards and cancelled them. A joke conaidering paying 250$/night and already giving a deposit on something that was resolved first thing in the morning. Got breakfast for 2 (couple of coffes a juice, pancakes and a croissoint for about 50-60$ they have an auto 20% service charge + 9% tax so add 29% to all prices $5 for a side of bacon and got given a day old rock solid chips of bacon. Took a whole day just to remove it. After the diabolical handling of the card the first night we decided to not spend another dollar here. Most definetly wont go again and definetely couldnt recommend to anyone.
