Mold in private room with no hot water & sold me worst tour!

Cons I had to switch rooms four times because the electricity wasn't working or the rooms were infested with mold. In one of the rooms, there was a significant amount of mold, which caused me headaches and eye pain, forcing me to change rooms again. All the private rooms are damp and smell like earth, and there is no hot water! The price is too high for rooms with mold. I still have a headache even after checking out. and I also booked the Chichen Itza tour with two cenotes through Mayan Monkeys, which was sold to me as a VIP experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Since I don’t speak Spanish and the tour was conducted entirely in Spanish, I felt completely excluded, even though a bilingual or English tour was promised. I wanted to learn more about the culture and the sights, but the guide only spoke Spanish and ignored me. The food was also disappointing; I was served very little meat with my tacos (just me - the others get much) and the buffet left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the bus was dirty and had an unpleasant odor due to the restroom. While all the other participants received mosquito spray, I was left without any. Everyone get a bottle of alcohol with their Picture, except me! This tour is only recommended for Spanish-speaking participants. The places we visited were beautiful, but the overall experience was a letdown for me. It was too expensive for a tour where I understood NOTHING. I cannot recommend it to anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish. I feel simply disappointed and taken advantage of. I am really disappointed that I did the Tour and paid for this Tour! It was the worst experience I ever have!
