Meliá Cozumel - All Inclusive

We had a marvelous family vacation at the resort - it was relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable.

The service was absolutely excellent. Our food was delicious, the adult pool and bar was so much fun. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Although older, the rooms were well maintained and clean.

Cons One small piece of feedback - the fridge did not keep our waters very cold.

A Peaceful, Authentic Alternative to Cancun

We really enjoyed our stay at Meliá Cozumel. Compared with Cancun, Cozumel felt much less crowded and commercialized. It didn’t have that Disneyland-like atmosphere. The resort was peaceful, the location was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, disappointed in the beach

Don’t be fooled, the beach doesn’t look like the pictures. It was very dirty for the Mangrove area at the end of the island. The tide was just not in our favor this week. But we had access to the hotel beach next door, which was beautiful. The service is exceptional and a special shout out to Ana at the Mosaico Buffet, Diego, the pool concierge, and the entire staff at the Fish House. I hope the all keep their jobs after the renovation and when the new management comes in.

Amazing service and atmosphere!

Amazing atmosphere, very excellent service, all around we loved our stay! The Elixir coffee shop being open and having ice cream and coffee available at all times was a huge benefit.

Excellent Experience at Meliá Cozumel

We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Cozumel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Our room was always very clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of good options. A special thank you to Diego and Luis, the pool concierges at the adults-only pool. They were very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
